§ 125. Conduct of the hearing. A record shall be made of the hearing\nand of all testimony taken and the cross-examinations thereon. The rules\nof evidence applicable to proceedings before a court shall not apply.\nThe commission may provide for the consolidation of the representation\nof parties, other than governmental bodies or agencies, having similar\ninterests.\n
