§ 119-d. Maintenance of utility poles. On or before April first, two\nthousand twenty-four, the commission shall promulgate rules and\nregulations to require, in addition to other maintenance procedures, the\ntrimming of vines on utility poles throughout the state by the utility\ncompany or cable television company that owns such utility pole where\nsuch vine growth is likely to disrupt safe and reliable service.\n
