§ 70-b. Certificate on printed copies of laws. 1. A published or\nprinted copy of a law shall be entitled to be read into evidence if it\nis:
(a)Contained in a book or pamphlet published under the direction\nof the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the assembly\npursuant to the provisions of section forty-four of the legislative law;\nor\n (b) Certified to be a slip copy of a session law printed under the\ndirection of the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the\nassembly; or\n (c) Contained in a book or pamphlet, or supplement thereto, and\ncertified by the temporary president of the senate and speaker of the\nassembly to be a correct transcript of the text of such law as last\namended; or\n (d) Certified as a correct transcript of the text of such law b
