§ 35-a. Removal for treasonable or seditious acts or utterances. A\nperson holding any public office shall be removable therefrom, in the\nmanner provided by law, for the utterance of any treasonable or\nseditious word or words or the doing of any treasonable or seditious act\nor acts during his term.\n
