§ 4503. Application. The provisions of this article shall not apply to\nany individual, agency, association or corporation not organized or\nincorporated for pecuniary profit or financial gain or to any\norganization or association which is exempt from taxation pursuant to\nsection 501 (c) of title 26 of the United States Code, constituting the\nInternal Revenue Code of l954, as amended.\n
