§ 4219. Arresting or attaching a dead body of a human being. A person\nwho arrests or attaches the dead body of a human being upon any debt or\ndemand whatever, or detains or claims to detain it for any debt or\ndemand, or upon any pretended lien or charge, is guilty of a\nmisdemeanor.\n
