§ 403-c. The New York state home for veterans in western New York.\nThere is hereby established a state home for veterans in western New\nYork. Such home for veterans shall be subject to the provisions of this\narticle except when such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions\nof article twenty-six-A of this chapter.\n
