§ 3427. Funeral directing; issuance of duplicate licenses. Upon\nreceipt of satisfactory evidence that a license or certificate has been\nlost, mutilated or destroyed, the department may issue a duplicate\nlicense or certificate upon such terms and conditions as the\ncommissioner shall prescribe, and upon payment of a fee of twenty\ndollars.\n
