§ 3385. Enforcement. 1.
(a)The department and its representatives\nshall have access during business hours to all orders, prescriptions or\nrecords required to be kept under this article.\n (b) Orders, prescriptions and records required to be kept under this\narticle shall be maintained at the premises where the licensed activity\nis conducted.\n 2. For the purposes of enforcing the provisions of this article, each\nemployee of the department designated by the commissioner shall possess\nall of the powers of a peace officer as set forth in section 2.20 of the\ncriminal procedure law.\n
