* § 3304. Prohibited acts.
1.It shall be unlawful for any person to\nmanufacture, sell, prescribe, distribute, dispense, administer, possess,\nhave under his control, abandon, or transport a controlled substance\nexcept as expressly allowed by this article.\n 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or have under his\ncontrol an official New York state prescription form except as expressly\nallowed by this article.\n * NB Separately amended -- cannot be put together\n * § 3304.
