§ 3327. Procedure.

1.A license or amendment to a license shall be\nissued or refused by the department within ninety days from the date of\nfiling of a completed application.\n 2. Within thirty days of notification of such refusal, the applicant\nmay either submit additional material to the commissioner or demand a\nhearing or both. If a hearing is demanded the commissioner shall fix a\ndate for hearing not sooner than fifteen days nor later than thirty days\nafter receipt of the demand, unless such time limitation is waived by\nthe applicant.\n
