§ 325. Local health officer; practice of medicine prohibited; certain\ncities. In cities of more than fifty thousand population according to\nthe latest federal or state census or enumeration, the local health\nofficer hereafter appointed shall devote his entire time to the duties\nof his office and shall not engage in the private practice of medicine.\n
