§ 3054. Emergency situations involving individuals with autism\nspectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. In coordination\nwith the commissioner of the office for people with developmental\ndisabilities, the commissioner shall provide the training program\nrelating to handling emergency situations involving individuals with\nautism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities and\nassociated training materials pursuant to section 13.43 of the mental\nhygiene law to all emergency medical services personnel including, but\nnot limited to, first responders, emergency medical technicians,\nadvanced emergency medical technicians and emergency vehicle operators.\n
