§ 30-a. Definitions. For the purposes of this title, the following\ndefinitions shall apply:\n 1. "Inspector" means the Medicaid inspector general created by this\ntitle.\n 2. "Investigation" means investigations of fraud, abuse, or illegal\nacts perpetrated within the medical assistance program, by providers or\nrecipients of medical assistance care, services and supplies.\n 3. "Office" means the office of the Medicaid inspector general created\nby this title.\n
