§ 3033. Rules and regulations. The commissioner, upon approval of the\nstate emergency medical services council, may promulgate rules and\nregulations to effectuate the purposes of this article, provided,\nhowever, that sections three thousand thirty and three thousand\nthirty-one of this article shall be subject to the provisions of section\nthree thousand thirty-four of this article.\n
