§ 2999-ll. Violations; penalties. In addition to other remedies\navailable by law, violations of the provisions of this article and any\nregulations promulgated thereunder shall be subject to penalties and\nfines pursuant to section twelve of this chapter; provided, however,\nthat each violation committed by any health care personnel of a\ntemporary health care services agency shall be considered a separate\nviolation.\n
