§ 2999-a. Public access. Nothing in this title shall abridge public\naccess to information currently available or permitted by any other\nprovision or rule of law. Nothing in this title shall authorize the\ndisclosure of otherwise confidential information, except pursuant to the\nexpress terms of this title.\n
