§ 2896-c. Qualifications of applicants for licensure.

1.An applicant\nshall be eligible for a license as provided in this article upon payment\nto the department of an application fee of forty dollars and the\nsubmission of satisfactory evidence, verified by oath or affirmation,\nthat the applicant:\n (a) is at least twenty-one years of age;\n (b) is of good moral character and suitability;\n (c) has successfully completed a four-year course of study in a\nsecondary school approved by the board of regents or been issued a\ncertificate of equivalency; and\n (d) has satisfactorily completed a course of study in the field of\ninstitutional administration approved by the board or in a school\nlicensed by the state department of education as maintaining a\nsatisfactory standard, or an eq
