§ 2883. Authority and responsibility of commissioner regarding\nhospital mortgages. For the purposes of this article, only the\nprovisions of sections twenty-eight hundred seventy, twenty-eight\nhundred seventy-one, twenty-eight hundred seventy-two, twenty-eight\nhundred seventy-three, twenty-eight hundred seventy-four, twenty-eight\nhundred seventy-five, twenty-eight hundred seventy-seven, subdivision\none of section twenty-eight hundred seventy-eight, twenty-eight hundred\neighty, twenty-eight hundred eighty-one and twenty-eight hundred\neighty-two shall apply to loans made pursuant to this article after\nApril first, nineteen hundred eighty-one.\n
