§ 280-d. Patient notification of prescription label change. A health\ncare prescriber shall inform the patient if such prescriber has included\nor has requested to include the name or address of the prescribing\nhealth care practice instead of the name of such prescriber on the\nprescription label when prescribing mifepristone or misoprostol.\n
