§ 2829. Nursing homes; disclosure requirements.

1.A nursing home\nshall post maximum rates to be charged for residency and services on a\npublicly accessible website. Such posting shall be updated on an annual\nbasis no later than April first of each year. Such posting shall detail\nrates for each non-governmental payer source.\n 2. A nursing home shall:\n (a) publicly list all owners on a website maintained by the facility\nand shall submit such list to the department for posting on its website\nand update such information within thirty days of any change or\ntransaction affecting ownership;\n (b) publicly disclose on such facility's website and regularly update\nthe name and business address of any landlord of such facility's\npremises; and\n (c) publicly provide a summary of all
