§ 2813 — Separability
§ 2813. Separability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision,\nsection or part of this article shall be adjudged by any court of\ncompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect,\nimpair, or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in\nits operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section\nor part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which the\njudgment shall have been rendered.\n
