§ 2402. Cancer; reports confidential. The reports of cancer cases\nmade pursuant to the provisions of this article shall not be divulged or\nmade public so as to disclose the identity of any person to whom they\nrelate, by any person, except in so far as may be authorized in the\nsanitary code.\n
