§ 2333 — Houses of prostitution; injunction proceedings; witnesses and officers fees

§ 2333. Houses of prostitution; injunction proceedings; witnesses and\nofficers fees. In any action brought to enjoin and abate a nuisance, as\ndefined in this article, no officer or witness shall be entitled to\nreceive in advance fees for service or attendance.\n
