§ 2331. Houses of prostitution; abatement; proceeds.
1.All moneys\ncollected under the provisions of sections two thousand three hundred\ntwenty to two thousand three hundred thirty-four, inclusive, of this\nchapter, shall be paid to the county treasurer.\n 2. The proceeds of the sale of the personal property as provided in\nsection two thousand three hundred twenty-nine of this chapter, shall be\napplied in payment of the costs of the action and abatement or so much\nof such proceeds as may be necessary, except as hereinafter provided.\n
