§ 2328. Houses of prostitution; injunction; penalty for violation. A\nparty found guilty of contempt under the provisions of this article\nshall be punished by a fine of not less than three hundred nor more than\none thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not less than three nor more\nthan six months or by both fine and imprisonment, for the first offense,\nand for the second and each subsequent offense shall be imprisoned for\none year.\n
