§ 2326. Houses of prostitution; injunction; dismissal; costs against\nplaintiff. If an action instituted pursuant to the provisions of this\narticle, is brought by any person or association and the court finds\nthere were not reasonable grounds or cause for said action the costs may\nbe taxed against such person or association.\n
