§ 1399-jj. Evaluation requirements.

1.The commissioner shall evaluate\nthe effectiveness of the efforts by state and local governments to\nreduce the use of tobacco products and vapor products, intended or\nreasonably expected to be used with or for the consumption of nicotine,\namong minors and adults. The principal measurements of effectiveness\nshall include negative attitudes toward tobacco and vapor products,\nintended or reasonably expected to be used with or for the consumption\nof nicotine, use and reduction of tobacco and vapor products, intended\nor reasonably expected to be used with or for the consumption of\nnicotine, use among the general population, and given target\npopulations.\n 2.
