§ 1355. Food service safety and sanitation training.

1.The\ncommissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations (a) establishing\nfood service safety and sanitation training programs and providing\nstandards therefor or (b) providing for the approval of such programs to\nbe administered by local health officials or private parties in\naccordance with such rules and regulations.\n 2. Such regulations shall include a provision permitting private\ncitizens working in establishments subject to the jurisdiction of the\ncommissioner pursuant to this title to attend such training program.\n
