§ 1304 — Nuisances; local health officers; general powers

§ 1304. Nuisances; local health officers; general powers. The local\nhealth officer of a health district having no local board of health and\neach county health commissioner shall have authority equal to a local\nboard of health to investigate and abate public nuisances which may\naffect health.\n
