§ 1350. Food places; powers of the commissioner.

1.The commissioner\nshall have full power and authority to inspect and supervise all public\nplaces in this state in which food is prepared, sold or served.\n 2. The commissioner may appoint and designate, from time to time,\npersons to make the inspections authorized by this section and section\nthirteen hundred fifty-one, of this chapter.\n
