§ 1348 — Hotel sanitation; application of article

  § 1348. Hotel sanitation; application of article.  The provisions of\nsections thirteen hundred forty-five to thirteen hundred forty-seven,\ninclusive, of this chapter, shall not apply to cities having a\npopulation of one million inhabitants or over.\n
