* § 622. Housing choice.

1.The commissioner shall administer the\nhousing access voucher pilot program under this article to promote\nhousing choice for voucher holders. The commissioner shall affirmatively\npromote fair housing to the extent possible under this pilot program.\n 2. Nothing in this article shall lessen or abridge any fair housing\nobligations promulgated by municipalities, localities, or any other\napplicable jurisdiction.\n * NB Expires May 1, 2030\n
