§ 574. Village of Elbridge housing authority. A municipal housing\nauthority, to be known as the Village of Elbridge housing authority, is\nhereby created and established for the village of Elbridge in the county\nof Onondaga for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in article eighteen of the constitution of the state of New\nYork. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, be perpetual in\nduration and consist of at least three members and not more than seven\nmembers. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred\nby this chapter upon municipal housing authorities.
