§ 55 — Projects undertaken by municipalities

§ 55. Projects undertaken by municipalities. Any municipality may\nundertake one or more projects, and for that purpose, any such\nmunicipality is hereby given the rights, powers and privileges and shall\nbe subject to the duties and obligations granted to or imposed upon\nauthorities with respect to projects by the provisions of this chapter.\nThe municipality, however, shall be subject to the provisions of the\nlocal finance law, except as otherwise provided in section 20.00 of such\nlaw.\n
