§ 2-a. Park north of capitol and east of the state education building.\nThe park grounds and premises belonging to the state, lying to the north\nof the capitol between Washington avenue and Elk street, and to the east\nof the state education building, in the city of Albany, shall hereafter\nbe known and designated as "Lafayette Park." Such park grounds and\npremises shall be under the supervision and control of the commissioner\nof general services.\n
