§ 842. Moneys of the authority. The state comptroller or such\ncomptroller's legally authorized representatives are hereby authorized\nand empowered from time to time to examine the accounts and books of the\nauthority, including its receipts, disbursements, contracts, sinking\nfunds, reserve funds, investments and any other matters relating to its\nfinancial standing.\n
