§ 663. State and county not liable on notes and bonds. The notes and\nbonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the\nstate of New York or of the county, and neither the state nor the county\nshall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the authority.\n
