§ 658. Consent and transfer by the state. The state of New York does\nhereby agree to the use by the authority of any lands under the waters\nof Reynolds channel or of Bannister creek necessary or convenient for\nthe project or in connection therewith. The state of New York does\nhereby release and transfer to the county any and all interest which it\nnow has or may hereafter have in and to the Atlantic Beach bridge.\n
