§ 3957-a. Efficiency incentive grants. Along with the county financial\nplan commencing with the county's two thousand six fiscal year, the\ncounty shall develop and submit to the authority a plan for achieving\nrecurring savings through innovations and reengineering. Subject to\nappropriations therefor in the state fiscal years two thousand six--two\nthousand seven through two thousand ten--two thousand eleven, the\nauthority shall provide grants to support such county cost saving\nactivities. State funding during such five year period shall not exceed\nfifty million dollars, or ten million dollars annually, for grants\nprovided pursuant to this section and section thirty-eight hundred\nfifty-seven-a of this article.
