§ 374. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional. If any\nsection, clause or provision of this title shall be unconstitutional or\nbe ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not\nunconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and effective and no\nother section, clause or provision shall on account thereof be deemed\ninvalid or ineffective.\n
