§ 361-d. Agreement with the office of parks, recreation and historic\npreservation. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and consistent\nwith agreements with bondholders and noteholders, the authority may\nenter into agreements and contracts with the office of parks, recreation\nand historic preservation permitting the use of an electronic toll\ncollection system used by the authority or components thereof for\npayment of any entrance fee or parking fee at any historic site, park or\nrecreational facility subject to the provisions of this chapter,\npolicies and such other conditions as may be established by the\nauthority.\n
