§ 3567 — Actions against the corporation

§ 3567. Actions against the corporation. 1. Except in an action for\nwrongful death, an action or proceeding under article fourteen of the\ncivil service law or section thirty-five hundred fifty-six of this\ntitle, no action or special proceeding shall be prosecuted or maintained\nagainst the corporation, its members, officers or employees for personal\ninjury or damage to real or personal property alleged to have been\nsustained by reason of the negligence, tort or wrongful act of the\ncorporation or of any member, officer, agent or employee thereof,\nunless:

(a)notice of claim shall have been made and served upon the\ncorporation within the time limit set by and in compliance with section\nfifty-e of the general municipal law, (b) it shall appear by and as an\nallegation in the compl
