§ 3418. Transfer of applications, proceedings, licenses, approvals and\npermits.
1.Any application, review, permit, license, approval, or\nprocess in relation to or in furtherance of the purposes of or\ncontemplated by this title heretofore filed or undertaken, or any\nproceeding heretofore commenced or any determination, finding or award\nmade, by the county or by the county with the federal government, the\nstate department of health or any other public corporation shall inure\nto and for the benefit of the corporation to the same extent and in the\nsame manner as if the corporation has been a party to such application,\nreview, permit, license, approval, process, or proceeding from its\ninception, and the corporation shall be deemed a party thereto, to the\nextent not prohibited by
