§ 2799-vvv. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the state comptroller\nand an annual audit shall be performed by an independent certified\naccountant. In addition to the reporting requirements of article nine of\nthis chapter, the authority shall annually submit to the governor and\nthe state comptroller and to the chairperson of the senate finance\ncommittee and the chairperson of the assembly ways and means committee a\ndetailed report pursuant to the provisions of section two thousand eight\nhundred of title one of article nine of this chapter, and a copy of such\nreport shall be filed with the clerk of the Syracuse common council and\nthe mayor.\n
