§ 2799. Transfer of applications, proceedings, approvals and permits.\n1. Any application, review or process in relation to or in furtherance\nof the purposes of or contemplated by this title heretofore filed or\nundertaken, or any proceeding heretofore commenced or any determination,\nfinding or award made, by the county or by the county with the federal\ngovernment, the state department of transportation or any other public\ncorporation shall inure to and for the benefit of the authority to the\nsame extent and in the same manner as if the authority has been a party\nto such application, review, process, or proceeding from its inception,\nand the authority shall be deemed a party thereto, to the extent not\nprohibited by any federal law.
