§ 2799-nn. Audit. The accounts of the authority shall be subject to\nthe supervision and audit of the comptroller and the state comptroller.\nIn addition, the authority shall be subject to an annual management and\nfinancial audit performed by an independent certified accountant\nselected by the authority. Such audited report, together with the\naudited financial statements of the authority, shall be submitted to the\nmayor, the speaker of the city council, the comptroller, the director of\nmanagement and budget, the New York state financial control board, the\ngovernor, the state comptroller, the chair and ranking minority member\nof the senate finance committee and the chair and ranking minority\nmember of the assembly ways and means committee.\n
