  § 2799-mmmm. Division of housing and community renewal; assistance and\nservices. The corporation may from time to time request the division to\nperform such services and render such technical assistance to the\ncorporation with respect to the development, management or operation of\nRoosevelt Island as the corporation deems necessary or convenient and\nmay provide for the reimbursement to the division by the corporation of\nthe reasonable cost of such services. The division is hereby authorized\nto perform such services and render such technical assistance as may be\nagreed upon between the division and the corporation pursuant to this\nsection. In addition, the commissioner is hereby authorized to represent\nthe corporation in any negotiations with the city concerning amendments\nor su
