§ 2799-iiii. Annual budget and report.

1.On or before September\nfifteenth, nineteen hundred eighty-four and on each September fifteenth\nthereafter, the chair of the corporation shall make and deliver to the\ndirector of the budget for his or her review a proposed budget for the\noperation of the corporation for the next fiscal year of the state. The\nchair of the corporation shall also deliver a copy of such budget to the\nchair of the senate finance committee and the chair of the assembly ways\nand means committee at the same time that the budget is delivered to the\ndirector of the budget.
