§ 2675-l. State, county and city not liable on bonds. The bonds and\nother obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of\nNew York, the county of Albany or the city of Albany, and neither the\nstate, the county nor the city shall be liable thereon, nor shall they\nbe payable out of any funds other than those of the authority. All such\nbonds and notes of the authority shall contain on the face thereof a\nstatement to that effect.\n
